Ingredients | Cottage Cheese Dill BreadNon-stick cooking spray4 large eggs1 cup LACTAID® Cottage Cheese1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies2 green onions, diced½ cup diced sweet bell peppers⅛ teaspoon salt⅛ teaspoon pepperDirectionsPreheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.Beat eggs until thoroughly combined. Stir in cottage cheese, diced green chilies, green onions, sweet bell peppers, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
